Location: Zhangjang Hi-tech Park, Pudong, Shanghai P.R. China

Duties and Responsibilities

Work closely with research scientists and engineers from multidisciplinary teams;
·Design and implement experiments on solvent extraction, heating/cooling, solid/liquid separation, and liquid/liquid separation, etc;
·Perform mass/energy balance based on the experimental and reference data;

Qualifications:
      
·PhD/MS in Chemical Engineering/Environmental Engineering/Organic Chemistry/Material Science;
·Experienced in setting up and conducting experiments for material synthesis in laboratory;
·In-depth knowledge in thermodynamics, physical chemistry is a plus;
·Industrial R&D experiences is preferred;
·Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills to work effectively in a cross-functional development team;
·Self-starter, independent thinker, proactive problem solver;
·Excellent ability to consider overall problem, identify opportunities and implement major changes;
·Motivated by quality, cost, and speed:
