Native American Speaker & Standard Chinese Speaker Wanted for Articulation Movement Data Collection
We are looking for an American and a Chinese volunteer to respectively record English & Chinese words and sentences, for the purpose of doing a scientific research to study the acoustics and the mechanics of speech. We are going to record the articulation movements to get essential information using the electromagnetic-articulography equipment (EMA).
The EMA unit is comprised of a plastic case, small connector coils that are positioned on and in the subject’s mouth, and an electronic machine that can be connected to the computer. For more detailed information:

 Time: May 1 to 15, flexibly appointed with the volunteer

美语及标准普通话说话人招募
中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院集成技术研究所环绕智能研究室诚意招募母语为美式英语的说话人一名，以及标准普通话志愿者一名进行录音工作，用于研究发音的声学特性以及口腔内各器官的运动模式。
我们使用先进的EMA（电磁发音数据采集工具）三维数据采集设备采集说话人录音时唇部运动、口腔内舌头，牙齿等的位置数据，为语音的产生提供数据依据。我们将为您的配合给予丰厚的报酬。请联系我们后详谈。
