为了响应数周来对我们抱持高度关注的同学的热情，以激发新一代的科研人员深入探究化学、化学工程以及材料科学将在引领可持续性创新发展方面发挥的作用为目标、面向科研新锐的阿克苏诺贝尔“化学•未来”创意大赛将走进校园，在北京以下高校举行与青年科研新锐的座谈活动。
届时阿克苏诺贝尔位于中国的研发中心主管（Director of Research, Development & Innovation, China Applied Research Group）肖朝东博士将亲临现场，除与大赛相关的阐释之外，你更可与行业领袖企业的研发高管做面对面接触，在学术、行业和职场领域做深入探讨。

肖朝东博士个人介绍
Dr. Chaodong Xiao is the Director of AkzoNobel China Applied Research Group. Graduated from the University of Michigan with a Ph. D degree in Macromolecular Science and Engineering, Dr Xiao started his industrial career with National Starch and Chemical Company (NSC), a company eventually became part of current AkzoNobel.
Dr. Xiao has taken various research and technology management roles within various business units ranging from electronic and engineering materials, adhesives, specialty polymers, natural polymers, coatings, and paints.
Dr. Xiao relocated back to Shanghai in 2005 as the director of Asia Technical Center. 2007 Dr. Xiao became the director of ICI China Applied Research Center and ICI Global Measurement Science and Technology Director. In 2008, ICI became part of AkzoNobel.
Dr. Xiao has expertise in polymer synthesis, polymer physics, rheology, composites, and organic synthesis. Dr. Xiao also chairs AkzoNobel China Technology Leadership Team.
