Job Description:
The usability specialist is expected to utilize a variety of usability tools and methods, provide constructive solutions for UI design improvements, and collaborate closely with other professionals including UI design, graphic design, and software development etc. In this program, you can achieve yourself by polishing your expertise, as well as contributing as a team member.

Key responsibilities:
1. To conduct competitive product analysis from usability perspective.
2. To review use cases and propose interaction solutions, with best practice knowing how to compromise feasibility and desirability.
3. To conduct usability studies (lab observation, interview, and focus group etc) according to program schedule, and draft/share usability study reports with stakeholders.
