Responsibility:
Assist Technical Pre-sales team Operation, project status following up, resource tracking, Time& Expense tracking and reporting.
Help on knowledge development, solution asset management and documentation.
Help in project delivery like data center assessment report and statistic analysis, meeting minutes and Action Items follow up
Facilitate Internal and external communication
Requirement:

Channel Marketing Intern
Location: Beijing
Intel, the world's largest manufacturer of microprocessors, is also a leading manufacturer of computer, networking and communications products and a provider of infrastructure to and services for the world-wide Internet economy. We are seeking a qualified intern for our China retail and channel Office, to work as a retail marketing program and quality analyst in Beijing. In this position, you will be responsible for involving the quality improvement of retail marketing strategy and program through the weekly Program management progress. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Focusing on program quality improvement with weekly program tracking tools with retail and channel program managers
- Working with finance team and come out the tracking process for retail program spending and ROI
- Developing analytical thinking and general program management skills
You should be currently under post-graduate student majoring in Sales and Marketing and/or Economics, or Business Marketing and/or Management, and Mathematics and/or Statistics and/or Sciences. Additional qualifications include:
- Highly motivated individual comfortable working in a self-directed environment
- Previous marketing type internship in retail sales and marketing and/or market research
- Proficient with financial analysis and financial modelling
- Proficient with Microsoft* Excel* and PowerPoint*
- Effectively comprehend and analyze large amounts of program data to identify key observation for program improvement, draw relevant conclusions and synthesize results to present in executive summary and/or business context
- Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Fluent written and spoken English is essential

Lenovo Intern
Location: Beijing, China
Hours: Full-time:
 Minimum of 8 hours per day, 5 days a week during normal business hours
 May also need to log-in from home during weekends as needed.
Commitment: through till end of Dec 31, 2010
Education: Master at Grade 1 preferred
Job Description
This will be an excellent opportunity for a recent university graduate to get “in the door” with the world’s leading semiconductor company in a sales position. The internship is with the “host” sales team located in Beijing, managing the worldwide Lenovo sales account for Intel Corporation.
In this position, the Intern will first be assigned to work on one of the Lenovo product line sales team; in this role, he/she will be able to learn-by-example how relationship sales is done in China. Additionally, the Intern will also “shadow” and assist a segment marketing development manager learn how to set-up effective co-marketing programs with Lenovo. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
 Assist in creating, maintaining, and measuring sales engagement plans (including pricing analysis) for 2010 Back-to-School/Summer and Holiday Campaigns for a specific segment portfolio with Lenovo
 Monitoring and managing key sales metric tracking tools and reports for management reporting.
 Staying up-to-date with key market trends for Lenovo’s critical growth markets, such as Russia, India, Eastern Europe & Brazil
The Intern will also be supporting the District Sales Manager in a business operations role; other projects for other key executives may be assigned on an as-needed basis.
Knowledge/Skills Required:
• Languages: Fluency in Chinese & English (both spoken and written) is a MUST.
• Base understanding of the PC industry a plus; natural affinity for technology
• Well-versed and skilled in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint
• Tech or business background/experience is a preferred but NOT mandatory.
