Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for talents who mainly works as a technical documentation writer, who will create or revise wfo product documentation, which includes but not limited to installation, operation and maintenance instructions and other technical publications such as technical advisories and release notes.
Meanwhile, the talent will also take the role of software test engineer.
The estimated workload on technical documentation is around 70% and remained effort is for wfo testing.

Job Requirements (skills/experiences):
2+ years of working experience, has multinational collaboration experience
1+ years testing experience on Linux and Shell, has rich experience in product/solution test
Strong English writing capability.
Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills are required.
Strong communication skills both in English and Mandarin
Strong responsibility and ownership
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
