打工子弟爱心会(Compassion for Migrant Children，简称CMC,
http://www.cmc-china.org)是在香港注册的一家国际性公益组织，通过为贫困的流动儿童和青少年提供经济、物质以及社会福利支持，致力于给每个打工子弟一个未来和一片希望。
CMC通过建立社区中心来开展各种项目活动。目前在打工人群聚居的朝阳区东坝、昌平区平西府、海淀区朱房村(上地附近)共建有3个CMC社区中心，还有1个正在建设。
生活职业技能培训项目免费为16~20岁的打工青少年提供为期4个月生活和职业方面的技能培训；
课后辅导项目、超级星期六项目、欢畅周末项目、你很特别项目、营会项目等为6~13岁的打工子弟提供功课辅导及英语、手工、科普、体育游戏等丰富的活动课；
教师培训项目免费为打工子弟学校的教师们提供教学方法和教室管理方面的培训；
家庭及个人发展项目为打工人群提供家庭工作坊和个人发展类的活动；
运动空间项目致力于使打工子弟享有运动的空间及乐趣。
CMC所有的项目围绕社区中心和与CMC合作的11所打工子弟学校开展。
CMC每年会随打工子弟学校的开学时间，在春秋两季共开展2次项目，假期会有冬/夏令营项目。CMC志愿者部门为项目部门的所有的项目提供志愿者支持，每年志愿者招募的数量都在1000名以上。每名志愿者都经过申请、面试、录取、培训的环节，然后参与到项目中。每位志愿者在申请时有众多职位可以选择，我们会根据面试的表现为志愿者安排相对合适的职位，该志愿者根据项目的时间要求，在其固定职位上与其余同伴一起完成服务。项目会对志愿者的出勤和表现进行记录，在项目结束时，志愿者部门对出勤合格(出勤达到其承诺应当出勤时间的80%以上者)的志愿者颁发志愿者证书，项目部门对表现优秀的颁发优秀志愿者证书。

职位介绍：
健康项目实习生的主要职责是开展、促进和管理CMC的健康项目。工作内容包括与社区、非政府组织、政府进行联络沟通，处理工作相关文件，在不同社区开展健康促进活动。目前的项目有健康促进课程和社区周末健康大讲堂。工作地点在机构总部办公室和各个社区中心(目前已有4个社区中心)。
实习期间将有机会学习项目的运作，如何通过社会、教育、健康项目来帮助打工人群，NGO组织的运营模式等。同时，实习生需要按时完成工作任务，以专业的态度和行为处理各项事务，并接受高级项目官员的督导。
The primary responsibility of this position is to support the Health Officer with the development, coordination, and management of CMC’s health initiatives. This involves liaising between various community, NGO, and government stakeholders and work on related documents and processes. It is based in the CMC head office and involves significant time spent on site. This is an unpaid internship and a over 4 months commitment is needed. The post holder will report directly to the Health Coordinator.
All CMC internships provide the opportunity to learn about how projects are managed in the social sector, how marginalized groups in society can be assisted and empowered through social and educational programs and how NGOs and social programs function. In return, interns are expected to fully commit to their role and the tasks assigned to them, acting professionally at all times. Supervision, mentoring and guidance will be provided throughout the internship by CMC’s experienced full-time staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Development, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation
Support planning, organization, implementation, management, monitoring and evaluation of health initiatives
Engage in communication and coordination with various stakeholders
Assist in recruitment of health partners, beneficiaries and volunteers
Assist in the development of future health initiatives
Respond to different stakeholders’ inquiries effectively
Support promotional activities and production of promotional materials
Work independently to advance the health program in absence of Health Officer
English-Chinese-English translation of project documents where needed
Essential Requirements
Ability to work full-time at least 2 days per week till September , then 3-4 days per week for the remainder of a over 4 months period (likely with more independence and an intern stipend)
Background in public health, public policy, or health services (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
Excellent written and verbal Mandarin and English communication skills
Desired Requirements
Previous work experience in health fields is a plus
Experience and interest in social change and/or working with migrant communities is a plus
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and quality
