Assistant to Self-employed Mass Market Business (SEMM)

Responsibilities:

-Support SEMM Sales & Product blueprint work, including:
1) Translate sales/product related documents (ENG-CHI, CHI-ENG);
2) Prepare sales blueprint related documentation;
3) Conduct literature research for product design purpose

-Support corporate branding & marketing work, including:
1) Co-work and communicate with branding agency;
2) Support time control for branding & marketing project

Requirements:

-Familiar with SPSS
-Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
-Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, PPT)
-Excellent academic performance
-Smart and hard working
-Able to work at least 5 days a week


Assistant to Business Intelligence (BI)

Responsibilities:

-Support on MIS reporting templates collection and design
-Support on vendor coordination during system implementation

Required Discipline:

-Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, Information Management

Required skills:

-Understanding database structure,
-Having knowledge of data modeling
-Having knowledge of database administration
-Understanding the interaction between front end application and backend database
-Having knowledge of data manipulation e.g. cleansing, aggregation etc
-Basic understanding of OLAP
-Basic understanding of data repository creation process(ETL)

Required working days:
- 3-4 days a week during the academic term,5 days during the summer vacation
