·      College students will graduate in Y2011 for bachelor degree or above majoring in Electronic Engineering or Telecommunication;

·      Good communication skills and social ability;

       ·       Fluent in English speaking and writing.

Description for Regular Component Engineer



·      Belong to China R&D sourcing department, focus on component technology, select the right component and solve the component issues for R&D Center projects.

·      To define component related procedures and policies within the R&D Center.

·      To evaluate and approve the component vendors to be used for the R&D Center projects together with the supply organization.

·      To assure that all component documentation for the R&D Center products, required for purchase and production, are properly stored in PRIM and GASK in accordance with supply requirements.

·      To assure that all necessary component documentation is properly stored in the design storage archives defined for each R&D Project.

·      To support and engineering staff in component related matters.

·      To create and maintain the necessary network of contacts within Ericsson to carry out the tasks.
