Assignment Title: Ultrasound Imaging Intern
Key Responsibility:
Image and signal processing for medical ultrasound.
Implement state-of-the-art algorithms on speckle tracking/IQ cross-correlation to estimate displacement and strain.
Work with groups within GE to develop, communicate, implement detailed plans and carry out development tasks.
Initiate innovative ideas in technologies and build quality products out of such ideas.
Perform all development tasks on time to meet business requirements.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge and experience with Matlab and medical ultrasound imaging.
Ability to work independently on complex issues and deliver with minimal supervision.
Enjoy and excel in a highly results-oriented, deadline driven environment.
Basic Qualifications:
Masters or Ph.D in Computer science, Electrical engineering, or related disciplines
2-3 years of related work experience desired.
Self motivated, quick learner, ability to work independently as well as in a team
Strong desire to learn and apply new technologies

Finite element analysis for stain/stress analysis and multi-physics analysis.
Employ Gauss-Newton method, LM method, or other algorithms on optimization Ultrasound Imaging Internbased on FEM.

Requirements:
Strong knowledge and experience at Matlab, Comsol and other FEA software in stain/stress analysis and multi-physics analysis.
Familiar with viscoelasticity model.
Ability to work independently on complex issues and deliver with minimal supervision.
Enjoy and excel in a highly results-oriented, deadline driven environment.

Responsibility:
Gather data related to growth and innovation cultures from websites, internal/external benchmarking, etc
Establish a HR library so this information can be shared by the HR team
Analyze/trend data to understand gaps and opportunities for the G&W team
Work collaboratively with a team of HRM’s and interns to ensure a global view is incorporated and maintained within the project deliverables.
Set-up and administer offsite company benchmarking events, liaison between GE and benchmark companies, schedule time and establish agenda.
Ad hoc assignment by HRM
Requirements:
HR experience or consulting experience is a plus
Project management skills

Strong communication & interpersonal skills
