osition: E-Learning Intern (E-Learning course development, e-Learning operation, etc )
Department: LG Business School, LG Electronics China Headquarters  
Place: LG Twin Tower (Beijing)
Working time: 8:30am~5:30pm, 4 days/week，at least six months

Overall Responsibilities:  
-Cooperate with related content experts to develop e-Learning courses.
-Analyze employees’requirements, problems and make improvements to satisfy them.
-Support related mangers to carry out e-Learning operation activities
-Support managers to analyze employees' training data, and make monthly & year plan.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:  
-Instructional System Design and course development skills.
-Learning Management System operation skills.
-Excellent customer care attitude and customer engagement skills.  
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  
-Passionate and initiative.  

Qualifications:  
-Postgraduate 2nd year, majored in Educational Technology or related area is preferred.
-Good command of English (CET-6), both oral and written.  
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
-Proficient in Dreamweaver and Photoshop
