This includes facilitating IBM product selling for customers and partners such as Passport Advantage, a single sales tool that covering full sales cycle; enabling Seller and Developer productivity through enhanced seller tools such as OnTARGET, a data mining tool that applies analytics to the art of selling; globalizing and simplifying the Web experience while increasing self-service capabilities for our clients; automating processes; Xtreme Leverage, a single software sales portal for finding product information and expertise, etc. CSDL BPAD team involves in the above applications development and quality assurance, offers the best opportunity to the talents who have the passion to sharp their technical skills in driving the business processes to be on demand.

  The candidates will work on the applications development.                  
                                                                              
*Job Requirements (skills/experiences)                                        
Skills Requirements:
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Experienced on at least one kind of programming language, Java/Java, scripting languages
- Good knowledge of software development life cycle and testing process
- Knowledge of software testing with test execution and defect reporting
- Knowledge of XML/XSD/XSLT

Personal Qualities:
- Having passion for software development, interested in web applications/web services development
- Good teamwork and communication skill
- Willing to take responsibility
- Self-motivated
- Patience
- Fast learning

Others as a plus:
- Experience of Eclipse Plug-in development is a plus
- Good documentation skill is a plus
- Knowledge for IBM products, Rational, Lotus Notes is a plus
- Globalization development knowledge & experience is a plus
