招聘对象：法学专业或英语专业大三或大四学生，对培训教育行业感兴趣（如无兴趣勿扰），有意以后从事培训教育行业
实习时间：每周一到周五
招聘要求：
对培训教育行业感兴趣；
熟悉电脑及网络，有丰富的论坛经验，有版主经历者优先；
法学或英语专业，接触过法律英语。
实习工作：从事文书写作和简单的翻译工作，公司会安排必要的法律英语培训。
薪酬：80元/日
招聘人数：2-3人

Either party may by 45 days' notice in writing terminate this Agreement without prejudice to any other right of action or remedy which has accrued or may accrue in favour of either party.
This Agreement shall terminate if either party becomes subject to any form of insolvency administration.
Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, either party may terminate this Agreement at anytime if the other party is in breach of any fundamental obligation to be performed by it hereunder, where the breach is incapable of remedy, by serving upon the other party a written notice thereof and, where the breach is capable of remedy but has not been remedied upon the expiration of 14 days after receipt of written notice thereof by the other party.
On termination of the Agreement the Contractor shall be paid for Services completed and accepted by the Client pursuant to the Agreement up to the date of its termination.
