1. Internship Program in Munich BID department
Function:
Strategy and business development functions
Location:
Munich Germany
Job description:
We have available internship positions in Business Intelligence &
Development (BID) Department with business focusing on strategy. The team
primarily support the CEO, as well as the Board and Top Executives in
projects and questions of daily business.
This internship offers a great strategy consulting learning experience,
close senior management interaction and lots of insights on how business is
developed. It is a perfect starting point for a management consulting
career. However, this internship is also very challenging and only suitable
for highly motivated and very committed students.
Requirement:
- Background: Student in Engineering, Economics, Physics or other subjects.
- Excellent grades
- Outstanding English language skills is a must (German is not required)
- Good knowledge of Excel & Powerpoint
- Some understanding of economics helpful
- Previous international experience and/or internship experience helpful
- Very high commitment!
This position is also suitable for people with no previous consulting /

2. Internship Program in Munich Strategic Projects department
Fuction: Corporate Development and Investor Relations - Strategic Projects
Job description:
Strategic Projects (SP), Infineon’s internal strategic management
consultancy, is dedicated to develop the future of our company in its fast
moving business environment. We advise and support Infineon’s Board and Top
Executives in challenging projects on an international level. As an intern
you will work on an interesting project defining and developing strategic
recommendations for a top-level issue. You will be fully integrated in our
highly motivated team, consisting of former external strategy consultants
and internal experts.
Within your project you will have full responsibility for a set of work
packages, e.g. strategic market research, competitor analysis and market
model aggregation, business case modeling and general business and/or
technology research. You will be closely supported and supervised by an
experienced (Senior) Consultant. This internship offers the opportunity to
gain insights into a top internal consulting group of a DAX-30 company. The
minimum duration of the internship is three months. We hire through out the
year.
Candidate Profile:
You have successfully completed the first part of your studies (e.g.
Bachelor Degree or Vordiplom) with outstanding results. You have proven your
enthusiasm, entrepreneurial spirit and strong interpersonal skills in
extracurricular activities. You consider your Excel and Power Point skills
as excellent. You are interested in pursuing a career in business consulting
and fascinated by strategic topics. Sound knowledge ideally in both
electronics and economics/management are of major advantage. You should be

1)Strategy Intern
Responsibility:
- On-going research on both external and internal market for proposal of
strategic moves in China.
- Build-up fundamental business understanding by analyzing the business
environment for ATV, WLS, IMM and CCS (market conditions and competitors
strategies and investigation of internal strategic/financial position).
- Develop business scenarios and financial goal on the basis of the
corporate strategy and endorse them with management.
- Set and review key business indicators and perform gap-analysis to monitor
target achievements. Based on the findings, develop and follow-up action
plans to achieve the goals set by the management board.
- Engagement in other ad hoc projects related to strategy and marketing
support.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate student
- Be able to work 3-4 full days/week during the semester.
- Major in HR, Administration Management, Business Management preferred

2) HR Intern

candidate's capabilities
Job Requirements:
A promising candidate needs to have following assets:
- Postgraduate student can work 3-4 full days/week during the semester
- Willing / happy to learn and able to learn fast
- Work effectively and have good communication attitudes and skills as a

- GSM/GPRS mobile phone software integration and configuration management

Job Requirements:

- Good programming skills
- Good organizational and analytical skills

5) Application Engineer/Sr Application Engineer - Low Level Driver (full-
time)
Job Requirements:
- General knowledge of embedded systems
- Familiar with basic SW and HW Architecture of mobile phone system
- Hands-on experience with Low Level Driver development (one or several of
the following Driver modules: Audio, LCD, UART, SIM card, Charger, Power
Management, Accessory, Backlight/Keypad, USB, IrDA, IIC, RF Drivers)
- RTOS experience (Nucleus or OSE preferred)
- Familiar with real-time debugging tools, e.g. Lauterbach trace32
- Familiar with test and development equipment such as CMU200, Logical
Analyzer, Oscilloscope
Qualifications & Skills:
- Postgraduate student who will graduate in 2011 is preferred
- Major in Telecommunication, Computer Science or other relevant majors
- Good teamwork and communication skills
