西门子中国研究院交互技术与设计中心是西门子股份有限公司在中国唯一研究交互技术与设计的专门机构，是一个由硬件工程师、软件工程师、交互设计师及图形设计师等组成的跨领域队伍。本中心秉承以用户为中心的设计理念，致力于发展自然、和谐的人机交互，将美学融入科技，提供直观、易用的前沿人机交互应用。
要求：
1、精通C++(Visual C++或C++ Builder)、C#等面向对象编程，具有三年以上Visual Studio/Visual.Net使用经验，熟悉vs2008开发环境；
2、精通图像处理和视频处理相关算法，有两年以上开发经验；
3、保证每周至少3天以上工作时间；
4、工作积极主动，有团队合作精神，有一定的创新能力。

Group Overview
The mission of IDT global team is to design easy and joyful user interfaces for Siemens products, with premium usability and attractiveness.
We are acting as:
Explorer of Chinese Users’ Requirements/Expectations;
Consultant for Product Localization in Chinese markets;
UI Designer and Developer for the User-Centered Design;
to provide professional services and solutions to Siemens Business Units and Joint Ventures.
Requirements:
1. Strong programming skill in VC++ is a must & experienced in VS2008 for at least 3 years.
2. Experienced in Image Processing & Video Processing algorithms.
3. Be sure of 3 working days per week.
4. Good knowledge in software engineering & good communication skills.
