1. Work closely with the test and development team, execute test plans and report results for assigned software products.
2. Design test case
3. Execute test case
4. Defects reporting
6. Communicate test results to test and develop team, leader and manager.

Position :  Software Developer
Job Description: Work as software developer, to finish individual project task/component assigned, including design, implementation and unit testing.

For Software Testing Engineer:
Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge and Skills Must Have:
1. Solid understanding both of software development and testing.
2. Solid knowledge of testing approaches and techniques.
3. Ability to analyze and design test cases.
4. Good at both oral English and writing.
5. Good at office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Knowledge and Skills Better to Have:
6. Experience in Black-box testing methods and some testing tool skills (Quality Center, etc…);
7. Fast learning skill, Initiative, open mind and good communication;
8. Good presentation skill.
9. Problem solving skill.
10. Windows 7

For Software Developer:
Knowledge and Skills:

1. Must have software development experience with .Net platforms (C++/C#, ASP.Net, etc)
2. Familiarity with continuous integration and build/test framework (NAnt, NUnit, etc)
3. Knowledge of batch files and scripting languages (command files, VB script, Perl, etc)
4. Engineering background
5. Good oral and written communication skills, in English
6. Initiative and responsible
7. Team player
