IBM Systems Director是一个综合的系统管理平台,为复杂的IT环境提供单点管理和自动化功能,支持IBM z系列,i系列、p系列、x系列服务器,BladeCenter刀片服务器,Cell Blade服务器和TotalStorage存储系统, 同时支持异构环境,可与其它软件产品整合并协同工作,比如IBM Tivoli, HP OpenView, CA UniCenter等。IBM Systems Director是IBM系统与科技部门提升其平台管理能力, 增强其在服务器市场的竞争能力的战略性产品。
IBM系统与科技实验室(上海、北京)的若干团队负责IBM Systems Director 的部分关键功能的开发工作以及测试工作。目前我们正在采用虚拟化技术开发新一代IBM Systems Director的基础架构, 使其成为IBM系统管理的战略基础平台，为其它各种高级管理功能提供可扩展的、可靠的和稳定的运行环境。IBM北京研发团队从2009年开始参与此基础平台的开发工作，目前已有超过40人的开发与测试团队，在整个项目中起着至关重要的作用。现热忱欢迎中国的软件技术精英加入我们!
1. Master degree majored in computer science or related, good education background. 2012 Graduates are better.
2. Solid Java skill.
3. Has Linux/Unix experience is a plus.
4. Good written and verbal communication skill in both Chinese and English.
5. Good team work and high responsibility, self-motivated at learning.
6. At least 4 full working days per week, lasting more than 7 months, stable internship
