Job Requirement

1.Education background: MS or above degree

2.Major in: telecommunication, computer science, electrical engineering, or related field

3.Working experience: No specific requirement

4.Computer skill: Experience with software development, testing and object oriented design (e.g. Unix C/C++, JAVA, OOD/P, RDBMS). Knowledge with SHELL and PERL would be a plus.

5.Language ability: Fluent written and verbal English skills

6.Other requirements: Accountability, Good Teamwork and Communication
