- Assignment Title: EHS (Intern)
- Location: Beijing
Responsibility:
-EHS administration work: filing
-Differentiate FE physical check report and radiation test report, separate these report into different zones.
-Consolidate SOP and work instruction for China S/S EHS team.
-Maintain data in Gensuite system in accuracy.
-Manage radiation badge or ring provided and return from FE and CDC.
-Participate in GEHC EHS conference calls, meetings, teams and draft out the meeting minutes for record keeping.
-Assist EHS specialist to issue monthly newsletter to all employee.
-Assist EHS specialist to do dashboard data collection and release to related department.
-Assist EHS manager to prepare OHSAS18000 certification documentation.
Assist EHS manager to complete other things.
Requirement:
-Bachelor degree in Environmental Science, Health & Safety Management, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent;
-Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
-High Energy Individual who is goal-oriented and results-driven
-Proven self-starter: takes the initiative to identify and drive change
