VMware is seeking talented Computer Science or Computer Engineering interns to join our Beijing ESX kernel networking team. Your duties will include:

1)Research and study networking optimizer applications and solutions.
2)Tuning Linux/Unix OS kernel for high-performance networking applications
3)Design and develop system prototypes.
4)Do kernel networking development.

Requirements
1)Majoring in Computer Science or related is required
2)Must have solid experience and knowledge in Linux kernel.
3)Programming languages: C and C++
4)Networking knowledge, familiarity with TCP/IP protocols.
5)Self starter.
6)Excellent written and verbal English communications and organization skills
