     GE Internship Opportunity

-Assignment Title: HR Intern
-Location: Beijing Yizhuang BDA (Shuttle bus provided)
-Working Frequency: 4+ full days/week
-Duration: 6 months

Responsibility:

Assist HR Team to:
Assist HR with Oracle database maintenance
Coordinate employee activities and provide logistics supports
Employee service hotline
Labor contract administration, Staff leave certificate & salary certificate administration, Staff OT hours check, C&B policy delivery
Office stationery and equipment maintenance
Other HR related tasks as required

Requirements:
Major in HR, Administration Management, Business Management preferred
Be able to work at least 4 days a week;
Can-do attitude, responsible, detailed-oriented, patient, careful
Effective communication skills
Fluent in English and Mandarin, both in Chinese and in English
