Description:
Component Engineer technology department is a part of China R&D sourcing located in Beijing.
The position is preferred for new graduates with engineering education background or graduates with +1 years design experience who eager to dedicate project implementation.
Responsibility
Manage component usage to meet design requirements as well as compliant with Ericsson component strategy.
Drive new components release to fulfill project schedule.
Handle component related issue like PCN and LTB coordination, environmental compliance, etc.
Collaborate with global component technology to evaluate and approve components and component vendors.
Maintain necessary component documentation in storage archives.
Qualification:
Master or above degree with engineering background
Strongly push for excellence
Self-motivated, can generate energy and passion
Good communication skills
Fluent in English speaking and writing

Description:
Component Engineer technology department is a part of China R&D sourcing located in Beijing.
The position is preferred for person who has experienced design background, and eager to multiple career development.
Responsibility:
Expertize on certain component commodity application and qualification.
Provide component solutions in special function circuit area.
Drive component trouble shooting in project.
Lead component related program like component risk analysis and avoidance
Contribute to product cost down from component point of view.
Qualification:
BS or above degree with 5+ year working experience
Design background on special function application like RF/Power/Digital
Strongly push for excellence
Potential project management competence and leadership
Good communication skills
Fluent in English speaking and writing
