Qualifications
Prospective candidates will be interviewed on company premises, and are
expected to meet or exceed the qualifications listed below.
• Graduate, Phd students currently enrolled at top-tier universities
in Beijing, who will graduate in2012/2013 and have demonstrated outstanding
academic performance.
• To be considered, the candidate must have advanced education in
computer science, financial engineering, mathematics, statistics or other
scientific fields.
• 2 days’ work per week guaranteed.
• Proficiency in Excel/VBA required.
• Knowledge of financial market theory, tools would be a plus.
• Must be a self-starter and a quick learner.
• Must be capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic team
environment.
• Must have outstanding analytic and communication skills (including
proficiency in English).
