具体要求：
（1）清华北大在读本科生或研究生，年级不限，专业不限；
（2）7月-8月可任意工作其中5天，可以参加一期活动，也可以多期参与；
（3）热爱教育事业，有责任心，抗压能力较强，做事认真，愿意和中学生分享交流；
（4）有强烈锻炼自身能力愿望的同学；
（5）有相关活动经验、学生会或其他学生组织干部优先；
