GL Accountant
Main Accountabilities ：
Leading the monthly closing with support of share service team and GL team and coordinate with cross functions to ensure smooth closing
Review all GL transactions and adjustment before posting and make sure the balance sheet and P&L properly stated according to CAS
Prepare and submit the reconciled HB2 financial reporting
Review and identify the booking error and follow up the actions item to be closed in a timely manner
Ensure that the bookkeeping comply with all social, tax and legal regulations and provisions
Review and check monthly and yearly tax filing (incl. Annual Tax liquidation; Union Annual check)
Support auditors and legal authorities with the execution of required activities
Proactively communicates with various departments
Work on various accounting related ad hoc work as assigned
Qualification Requirement
Bachelor degree and majored in Accounting
Above 1-2 years plus related working experience (G/L, Audit, etc.)
Good knowledge of both Chinese Accounting Regulation and German-GAAP
With related Trading company experience is an advantage
A good team player who can work under pressure and varied demands
Fluent in written and spoken English
Competency with U8 experience.
Familiar with MS Office,Lotus Notes or other integrated business system
