Technical requirements are as follows:
       Passionate about UI/UX.
       Good at computer graphics.
       Good problem solving ability.
       Good learning ability.
       Familiar with C#, WPF/Silverlight, WCF, Web Service, HTML and CSS (this could be a plus if he/she has very good learning ability).
