-Assignment Title: Energy Asia ERP Operation Intern
-Location: Beijing or Shanghai
-Working Frequency: at least 3-4 full days/week
-Duration: from June 11 to October 10
-Opening: 1

Key Responsibility:

The person supposes to take the ERP Operation Leader role for Energy Asia:

-    Ensure stable & extensive application of Oracle ERP system to facilitate best user experience and business development
-    Lead 1 or 2 ERP operation related projects as project leader
-    Facilitate daily operation of Energy Asia Oracle ERP
-    Facilitate issue resolving between FAST and EAST teams to ensure SLA compliance and user satisfaction
-    Participate in Change Control rhythms and work issues/risk with different technical teams to ensure timely resolution
-    Manage Support Central escalations and report to leadership on status of critical issues
-    Drive support excellence by optimizing issue resolution process
-    Contribute to and support Oracle R12 initiative
-    Support Enterprise team communications

Requirements:

- Major in MIS, CS, Engineering Degrees
- At least 3-4 days per week
- Jun 11-Oct 10
- Scholarship awarded                                                
- Relevant intern experience expected                      
- Actively participate in extra curriculum      
- Good communication skill in both English and Chinese
- Passionate in learning Oracle technology and Energy industry
