Position: Database Ecosystem Developer for Aster Intern  

Job Description
We are looking for intern whose role is developing clients, drivers and connectors for Aster database, and integrating or certificating Aster database with various ETL and BI tools.
Specific duties include:
o    Design and implement new features or enhance clients (such as isql, loader, export , backup etc.) and drivers (ODBC, JDBC, ADO.NET, etc.) of Aster Data.
o    Design and implement ETL connectors (such as Informatica, Ab initio, Talend, etc.)

Requirements (Must Have)
o    Proficient in C/C++ or JAVA in server side.
o    Experience in developing and debugging in Linux.
o    MS Degree (or equivalent) or above in Computer Science or related fields.
o    Good written and oral communication. Strong teamwork orientation.

Requirements (Nice to Have)
o    Experience in Python will be a plus.
o    Excellent knowledge of database internals will be a big plus.
o    Experience in developing JDBC or ODBC drivers will be a plus.
