Company and Unit Description:

Ericsson China Technology and R&D (also known as China R&D Institute) is responsible for product development covering all standards in radio network, core network and service network, the overall technology management, 3G technical trials, standardization and regulation, research activities and patent licensing in Ericsson China. As a part of Ericsson China R&D, our unit is responsible for OAM related product development and maintenance. Currently we focus mainly on NBI (North Bound Interface) products on Radio and Core Network (including GSM, W-CDMA, TD-CDMA), Transmission Network and IP Network. Due to market growth, we are in a rapid expansion period for NBI product development. [/face][/face]

Job Description

1.Responsible for SW design and implementation for related OAM products, including related design documentation.
2.Responsible for unit test, component test and integration test for related OAM products.
3.Participate in system solution evaluation and system I&V test strategy evaluation.
4.Work closely with system engineer or I&V engineer for any technical issues.

Qualifications

1.BSc or MSc in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
2.At least 1 year of experience in object oriented programming and system design.
3.Strong programming and debugging skills & experience in C++/JAVA or Scripts (Like Perl, Python, Jython, Shell, etc) .
4.Familiarity with Unix/Linux environment.
5.Experience with software development tools – source code management, debuggers, profilers, build and scripting tools under Unix/Linux environment. (Preferable)
6.Working experience of Rose, UML and Eclipse. (Preferable)
7.Experience in database, such as Oracle, Sybase or mySQL. (Preferable)
8.Experience in OAM software development. (Preferable)
9.Experience in OSGi project development work. (Preferable)
10.Good team player with ability to work in an extremely fast pace with high pressure.
11.Fluency in oral and written English.
12.Open and good at communication, actively provide good suggestions for technical and non-technical issues.

Other requirement include:
1. at least 4 days per week could be available for internship
2. had better in the 1st or 2nd year of postgraduate.
