Due to our continued fast expansion in Asia, we are now recruiting Research Analysts in our Beijing office. Work under the guidance of Project Managers, your main duties and responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities 主要工作内容:
• Conduct telephone or field interviews to gather primary market/business information
进行电话采访或面访形式获取第一手市场信息
• Conduct secondary research through the internet or library etc to collect necessary market information
通过网络，图书馆等途径进行二手资料的查询已获取需求的市场信息
• Write interview and research summary in a logical manner
有逻辑地写访问和调查资料的总结
• Assist Project Manager to write project reports and conduct analysis
协助项目经理写项目报告及进行总结
Job requirements: 职位要求:
• Bachelor’s degree above, preferable major in Chemical and Finance, but not essential
大学本科学历，最好有化工，财务等专业背景,但专业要求不是必须的
·Previous experience of conducting telephone or face-to-face interviews is desirable but not essential
有电话采访或面访经验者优先考虑,但此经验并不是一定要有，因为公司在实际工作中会提供相关培训
·Can conduct second research independently
能独立查找二手资料
·Excellent communication skills and is able to work under pressure

· Familiar with Office Applications, particularly Powerpoint and Excel

· Methodical and can summarize own work

· Ability to read in English
