Intern for user research/ usability study

Department:    Audi ITC

Start date:                Oct. 2010

Duration:                  6 months or longer

Job duties:

•    Analyze data from user research activities.
•    Define and implement effective and efficient processes and tools for evaluating usability.

Qualifications:

•    Sound knowledge of all kinds of activities and methods of user-centered design process, especially questionnaire survey, customer interview, focus group discussion, usability inspection and usability test.
•    Statistical skills and experience with SPSS and Excel is required.
•    Psychology or human factors related educational background is highly desired.
•    Good English
