SVB’s internships are designed for undergraduate/graduate students to gain exposure to SVB Financial Group; allowing students to gain real life experience with a financial services company that focuses on helping entrepreneurs and enterprising companies succeed by offering diversified and complementary financial services to technology and life science companies, and venture capital/private equity firms.

SVB’s internship program gives undergraduate/graduate students hands on experience within the organization. Interns will work alongside senior personnel and have the ability to network with other SVB staff to learn more about their own professional roles and careers.

Job Description:

As an intern on our SVB Beijing team, you will be involved in a variety of projects pertaining to the venture capital/private equity and technology growth sectors of the China market. The various tasks may include performing market and competitive analysis, fund investment research and analysis, portfolio modeling and monitoring, and assisting in other special projects including presentation materials and SVB related events. This position offers the opportunity to apply both analytical and creative thinking skills to the venture capital and banking industry.
作为SVB北京团队的一员，实习生将参与众多与风险投资、私募股权投资、高科技成长行业有关的项目。实习生的职责包括：市场和竞争分析，基金投资研究和分析，投资组合建模以及监控，协助完成其他项目（包括准备演讲材料以及SVB相关活动）。这一职位将使实习生有机会将其分析及创造性思维的技能运用于风险投资及银行业。
Requirements:
任职要求：
Students must be currently enrolled in a accredited college/university
Demonstrate leadership experience through work/school related activities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to communicate (oral and written) in English
Computer skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong interest in venture capital, technology and entrepreneurship
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and be detail oriented, work well within a team environment and have a positive attitude
Candidates must be open to working on a variety of projects and tasks
知名大学或学院的在校学生；
在以往的工作及学习中展示出良好的领导经验与技能；
具备出色的口头及书面沟通技巧，包括能运用英语进行口头及书面沟通；
熟练使用Excel及PowerPoint；
对于风险投资、高科技及创业具有浓厚的兴趣；
良好的组织技能，关注细节，在团队环境中工作出色并具备积极的态度；
能够胜任同时参与多个项目或工作任务。
