Group Overview The University Relations (UR) program nurtures strong mutually supportive partnerships between MSR Asia and the academic community. Since MSR Asia’s inception, the University Relations program has recognized the inherent value of the academic research community and the need for collaboration between academia and industry to advance the state-of-the-art in computer science. The foundation for all Microsoft Research’s University Relations efforts is a deep respect for the “virtuous cycle” that is created when university and industry researchers work together.
Roles & Responsibilities
Microsoft Research Asia University Relations is looking for an intern who will assist University Relations Members with program coordination and related support.
1. UR Internship program coordination: the candidate will be responsible for communication with intern organizations, data collect and analysis timely, run internship program report, intern's feedbacks collect, and propose some good ideas on internship program;
2. MS Fellowship program coordination: the candidate will be responsible for supporting program manager to collect and edit data, check applying materials, write news and collect candidate feedbacks;
3. UR Internship program related news, article writing;
4. Program related information supporting.
Required Qualifications
We are looking for:
• Abundant student activity organization experience;
• Can write both in Chinese and English fluently;
• Good communication skill and solve problem skill;
• Good attitude on daily work;
• Computer Science related major is a plus;
• Can work at least 3 days per week and 3 months at least or longer
