壳牌中国2007－08年校园招聘流程即将启动，本次招聘将分成三个部分展开。您可以选
择适合自己的部分申请。本次校园招聘主要面向2008年毕业的本硕博士生，没有专业限
制。
您可以任选其中的一个招聘部分，他们分别是暑期实习生，gourami商业挑战计划和壳
牌technical campaign。请具体了解不同的计划以后提出申请。
其中intern将在7月-8月完成实习，地点会是壳牌在北京，上海和广州的office。gour
ami商业挑战计划将挑选出8名左右的同学在9月初奔赴马来西亚miri参加在那里举行的
亚洲区比赛，为期五天。关于technical campaign现在还在讨论中。
实习生招聘和gourami商业挑战计划的选拔将在3月12号开启，截至时间是4月1日，壳牌
technical campaign将于4月初开启招聘流程。

Who are we looking for?

2 gourami business challenge
Gourami, a fictional country is at the heart of Shell's interactive busines
schallenge. Your challenge? You’ll work with a team of other talented stude
nts and Shell staff to develop a five-year business plan and present it to
senior Shell leaders. Please read our Where & When section below for specif
ic details including eligibility.

Find out first hand what the energy business is about
You’ll gain an accurate insight into the energy business - from the upstre
am operations of Exploration & Production to the downstream operations of Re
fining and Marketing. You’ll also learn about the servicing operations that
support these, including Finance and Human Resources.
Learn a lot and learn fast
Find out how you might cope at the sharp end of an international business.
Deal with everything from complex issues to demanding timescales. Test your
true management potential and develop valuable skills along the way.
Structured Assessment
Your performance and development during your time on the Gourami Business C
hallenge will be assessed and you will receive structured feedback in order
to further develop your skills and knowledge. At the end of the Challenge, y
ou will be considered for further opportunities with Shell, if there is a go
od fit between you and Shell’s selection criteria.
