Position 1 : Technical Writer (internship, 2 wanted)
IBM is looking for technical writers to write English manuals for products developed in China. We will accept applications from both native English speakers and non-native speakers with very good English writing skills. Current students are preferred.
Responsibilities:
Read technical design documents and conduct interviews with technical staff to gather information for documentation.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
2. Excellent English writing skills.
4. Good knowledge of computer science and related terminology.
3. Good teamwork skills.
4. Be available to work at least 2-3 days per week from January 2007 to December 2007.
5. For native English speakers, fluency in Chinese is a plus but not essential.
