Job Responsibilities
- Participant in IBM product whole testing life cycles
- Communication with testing team/Development team/Team abroad

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
- Strong problem analytical ability
- Passion and ability in problem solving
- Good team player and high responsibility  
- Good communication skills, be good at writting/listening/spoken English
- Familiar with Software Engineering Testing methods and process
-  Development Experiences in C++/Lotus Script/Java/Eclipse/J2EE
- Experience on Linux/Mac/Unix platform
- Experience on Domino

Qualifications(Education/Major/Certificates)

Bachelor or above on CS or EE
