BU Description
IBM i Director team  is responsible for developing Systems Director product, which is a industry-leading system management software. We are inviting talents to share our enjoyment of developing Director. Within this project, developers will have opportunity to develop deep skills and knowledge on IBM i, JAVA, OSGI etc, and will work closely with worldwide senior technical people.

Job Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, implementation of new features.
- Maintain and enhance existing product for quality and other considerations.

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
- At least 4 days/week for at least 6 months since Oct. 2010
- Master in Computer Science & Technology or equivalent
- Experienced in Java or C++
- Deep understanding about the concepts and patterns of Object Oriented design and implementation.
- Excellent communication skills, Chinese and English (verbal and written)
