感觉你不太用Debian，对Debian的repo非常不熟悉。

Debian的正规镜像都有apt更新源，而且大部分都包含testing、ubstable，
也就是说stable还是10时，11仍在测试阶段的时候就有11了，11正式发行后
其实就是改几个标签的事，怎么可能现在了还没有。

大佬说的是，我确实不知道
我装好系统的时候update和upgrade，基本不折腾环境
我这种需求，其实满足应用的情况，任何发行部其实都可以
