没安装wget这个软件。
不同发行版的安装方法不同，你没提你用的哪个Linux发行版，别人也就没法告诉你怎么解决。
所以你最好自己解决。
比如你用的Linux是Debian，就搜索：Debian howto install wget，搜索引擎用bing.com或者别的。
然后得到一片文章，照着做就行了。
