我电脑升级到 Debian 11 后，碰到一个问题：

这个文件的 32 行：
if ${OPENCC} >/dev/null ; then
这个 shell 脚本，在我电脑上无法运行，是在这行挂住了。
ps 看进程，就只有一个孤零零的 /usr/bin/opencc
但是在 Debian 的 CI 构建环境里面，能够正常运行，非常奇怪。
