We power features in Outlook, Teams, Word, Sharepoint, Bing, Windows and others. MSAI bring together research and engineering to deliver impactful user experiences. Features & Products of MSAI include Microsoft Search, Cortana Assistant, Communication Intelligence like Focused Inbox, Suggested Replies, Meeting Insights, and Viva Topics among many others.

Responsibility

We are looking for brilliant, innovative engineering managers who are passionate to lead talent engineers to build complex software platforms to well manage AI feature development lifecycle, and improve the productivity and agility of AI model development, debugging, monitoring, experimentation, data mining and analysis, business intelligence, and so on for Microsoft AI features used by billion users globally.

Qualification

o    Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is required, and Master’s degree or PhD is a plus
o    6+ years engineering experience. 1+ years tech lead / engineering manager experience.
o    Self-motivated, demonstrated ability to own important areas of projects and execute successfully.
o    Rich experience on Web system building. Experience working on one of the following is a big plus: Microservice based system；natural language processing and platform building；?    big data processing and system building.
o    Effective communication skills, and great team and cross-group collaboration skills.
o    Excellent English communication skill (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing);
o    Strong coding ability in C#, Java, C++, Python or comparable languages.
