Are you interested in applying Machine Learning tech in O365 Cloud Infrastructure? The ideal candidate would have sound understanding of data science, experience in machine learning, and strong S/W development skills.

Responsibilities
o Identify business scenarios in O365 infrastructure that Machine Learning will help
o Develop predictive algorithms and produce data insights
o Enhance model training and data collection tooling and infrastructure
o Suggest, specify, and prototype original components
o Drive productizing Machine Learning algorithms with SDEs
o Provide technical leadership, learn, and partner with other Microsoft teams


Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
o BS/MS in computer science, machine learning, mathematics, AI, or a related engineering field
o 2+ yrs experiences in software programming, data modeling and/or analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
o Ability to formalize real-life problems and to focus on business objectives
o Good understanding of predictive analytics process from data validation to model assessment, stability, and deployment monitoring
o Strong programming and S/W development skills
o Strong communication skills and ability to work with multi develop center teams


候选人最好是海外留学或985/211的正规全日制本科或硕士毕业后知名公司工作满1年以上，有编程建模竞赛得奖，leetcode排名或个人技术兴趣项目等。英文要听说读写熟练。工作认真负责，积极主动，能够快速学习，解决问题，团队合作能力良好。并且请确保在过去半年内，您没有在微软中国面试失败过，而且没有其他微软员工已帮您做过内部推荐。

微软面试流程:若简历合格,会有一小时电话面试,若通过,会有三轮技术面试,如通过,会有1-2轮lead面,然后二线经理面。每轮一小时(视频,共享桌面,用你熟悉的编辑器和语言写代码,要能编译)。社招面试抽查算法和之前项目经验,解决问题和沟通能力。务必做足准备,可以在谈面试日期时留出几天准备,leetcode中等难度的题至少刷200道,注意代码风格及效率,测试用例要全。~70%的候选人在第一轮就失败了。
