微软的标准面试流程是：如果简历合格，会有一小时电话面试，若通过，会再二三轮技术面试，如通过，会有1-2轮一线经理面试，然后二线经理面试，最后人力资源。每轮一个小时（视频，共享桌面，用编辑器写代码），社招面试主要关于数据结构，算法和之前项目经验，解决问题能力。务必好好准备（大多数候选人都失败在这里了），可以在谈面试日期时留出几天准备。

Responsibilities
We are looking for brilliant, innovative developers (or scientists) with proven track record of building complex software products, who have passion in NLP (natural language processing) and would like to work in a startup-like environment on the following: o Natural language conversation understanding o Natural language generation o Dialog management o Unsupervised novel machine learning algorithms o Language ontology learning and transfer learning o Text Analytics o Information Extraction o Knowledge base and Knowledge graph o QA system o Advanced dialog system o Big data and data mining


Qualifications
o Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is required, and Master’s degree or PhD is a plus o Strong coding ability in C#, Java, C++, Python or comparable languages. Familiar with deep learning framework (either Tensorflow or Pytorch). o Self-motivated, demonstrated ability to own important areas of projects and execute successfully o Publication in top-tier conferences or journals is a plus. o Experience working on one of the following: natural language processing, data mining, algorithms is a plus o Effective communication skills, and great team and cross-group collaboration skills
