The team is responsible for managing network isolation solutions used by the special cloud provisioning. The special cloud enables all the IC3 services, ranging from large-scaled mature services like Teams/Skype backend to the various small incubation services, hosted in an either physically or/and logically isolated environment. As a part of isolation, network isolation products/services provide the ability to operate all the network resources, for example IP set, network security group, firewall rules, etc.
You will have opportunities to work with diverse IC3 (Intelligent Communication and Conversation Cloud) service teams to architect microservice-based network isolation solutions. You’re responsible for delivering high available and scalable systems to support fast and reliable special cloud provisioning requests. You will be challenged by conflicting eco systems and differing support. You will be challenged by fast-changing developments in available technology. You will be challenged by partners clinging to tried-and-true workflows.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of engineers to work on various spectrum of the Network Isolation areas as part of autonomical IC3 cloud
Partner with PM to ensure team is always on top of most important priorities targeting most impactful business results
Ensure shared understanding of the business priorities and implementation plan with the team, partners, and key stakeholders
Provide necessary technical leadership to lead team to deliver impact continuously
Drive to make tough technical/non-technical decisions in face of great ambiguity to unblock the team with clear course of action
Qualifications
5+ years of software development experience in the commercial software industry
BS in Computer Science or Engineer or equivalent industry experience
Prefer experience with C#, C++, PowerShell, Web Services
Team leader experience is a plus
A working, understanding of agile practices is a plus
Build and/or infrastructure/cloud experience is a plus
Knowledge with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus

微软面试流程:若简历合格,会有一小时电话面试,若通过,会有三轮技术面试,如通过,会有1-2轮lead面,然后二线经理面。每轮一小时(视频,共享桌面,用你熟悉的编辑器和语言写代码,要能编译)。社招面试抽查算法和之前项目经验,解决问题和沟通能力。务必做足准备,可以在谈面试日期时留出几天准备,leetcode中等难度的题至少刷200道,注意代码风格及效率,测试用例要全。~70%的候选人在第一轮就失败了。
