RESULTS: The calibration curve ranged from 0.77 to 198 ng/mL. The inter-day precision and accuracy and the relative standard deviation (RSD) were<15%. The analyte was shown to be stable over the timescale of the whole procedure. The robustness of the method was demonstrated by the good reproducibility of the results obtained during the analysis of clinical samples.

我刚查一篇文献，测试这个玩意儿，简历的标准曲线最低浓度都到了0.77ng/ml，所以，这个2ng被正常检测应该不算污染类的极限,是可以重复的数。这事，还是等着看吧.
