In light of our explosive growth in the region, we are looking for
freelancers to take on the primary research role based in Beijing.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct telephone interviews with CIOs/CTOs/IT managers in support of
our syndicated research and consulting activities within the P.R.C.
· Create and consolidate contact databases from a variety of public
resources to drive primary research initiatives
· Perform quality check and preliminary analysis on data collected to
help manager prepare research reports
Qualifications:
· Fluent in Mandarin with good communication skills
· Comfortable to make cold calls and able to manage pressure
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for
statistical research
· Meticulous, neat and organized
· Knowledge of the IT industry is definitely an asset
· Good verbal and written English language skills
· Bachelor's degree, or a student pursuing one

岗位职责
· 日常工作主要涉及思林博德在中国地区的市场调查初步研究（初步原始数据获
取）
· 主要职责包括在中国地区，对公司的CIO（首席信息执行官）/ CTO（首席技术
执行官）/ IT 经理进行电话访谈
· 对收集的数据进行检测和分析，并且帮助完善交付客户报告
· 项目涉及联合研究报告，定制研究和咨询项目的初级研究
职位需求
· 口齿清晰，表达能力强，普通话标准
· 能够与陌生人沟通，具备良好的服务意识
· 熟练使用Excel和其他office 软件
· 对IT产业有良好的了解
· 良好英文说写能力
· 本科学历或本科在校学生
