Qualifications and requirements:

1. The person needs to know some html and CSS even though he does not
have to write code from the scratch.  He needs to understand the code and
be able to edit it.
2. The person needs to have some graphics/web design experience and be
able to use image editing tools to make headers and other basic graphics
elements. He needs to have good taste about style and color matching.
3. The person should know English - be able to understand English website/
email and do some basic translations.
4. The person needs to be responsible and work consistently. We want him/her to commit for a relatively long time. We will have bigger project for him/her in the future.
5. part-time, pay by page. Work at home.
