BU Description
IBM CDL(China Development Lab) MBPS(Managed Business Process Services) Asset team is part of MBPS Asset Lab WW organizations. The objective of MBPS Asset Lab is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of building solution content - using common components, standard processes and a common platform. The CDL MBPS team was established in Feb, 2006 and have successfully delivered about 20 solutions for WW customers.
In MBPS team, you will have chance to:
- Work on latest technologies and understand new business model
- Work on customer solutions from which you can understand how different IBM products or 3rd party products(SAP) working together to implement customers' requirements
- Work in a fast growing team with smart people
- Practice Agile development process.

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
Skills
1) UI design and implementation in Flash, Flex development
2) J2EE web dev skills
3) JDBC dev skills
4) Performance tuning and Globalization on Flex (Plus）
