Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities
Administration support to Engineering team, including
1) Assist team members on visa application and other queries about daily operation
2) Help with managers’ travel logistics when assigned
3) Handle visitor’s local logistics when assigned
4) Help with team purchase order, coordinate with vendors for payment
5) Support team meeting logistics and deal with other daily operation issues
6) Other supports if needed, such as site event support, etc

Qualifications/Requirements
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent, with administration experience in multinational companies or JVs
* Good writing and reading English skills, fluent spoken English
* Familiar with Microsoft;Word;Excel;PowerPoint
* Good team player, good communication skill
* Self-motivated,patient, professional and attention to details
