HR Intern (Recruitment Team)
Descriptions:
The position holder reports directly to Recruitment manager, Ericsson China. The main interfaces are:
Main responsibilities:
1 . Follow up with recruitment process, coordinate the interview arrangement with hiring manager and HR Business Partner (BP)
2 . Perform the candidates CVs screening and collecting
3 . Arrange interview for recruiters and hiring managers
4 . Prepare job posting internally and externally
5. Follow up with headhunters and internal referral system
6. Communicate effectively with hiring manager, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders, to inform candidates
7. Communicate effectively with external recruitment vendors, keep track on vendors performance
8. Participate in other recruitment related project as an assistant.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above from top university, majored in Human Resources and Organizational Management or English is preferred;
2. Good analytical, consultative and interpersonal skills;
3. Open-minded, smart, fast learning;
4. Service-minded, accountable, passionate and self motivated;
5. Can work under high pressure
6. Good command of English and Chinese.
7. Excellent communication skills

Technology Trial Project Administrator Intern
Working City: Beijing
Expected Working Duration: at least 6 months from 21-Sep.2010, the longer the better.
Responsibilities:
To be responsible to support trial project, you responsibilities are:
• Project test tools/equipments management
• Support Project Managers with their daily work
• Support the administration of the project tracking
• Request resources internally or externally based on project’s demand
• Generate the complete project cost summary
• Facilitate the trainings and meetings
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Undergraduate or above
• Fluent in English/Chinese speaking and excellent in English/Chinese writing
• Skilled in MS Office

Main responsibilities:
Use Financial or HR system to develop data.
Prepare daily report to maintain accuracy data support in time.
Communicate effectively with all project team members to clarify the requirements.
Assist and involve in internal projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above from top university, majored in Information Management, Finance, and Organizational Management or English related is preferred;
Excellent in MS software especially for EXCEL.
Strong competence to deal with data.
Good analytical, consultative and interpersonal skills;
Open-minded, smart, fast learning;
Is service-minded, accountable, passionate and self motivated;
Good command of English and Chinese.
